Terms of use

Conditions for using this website and booking lessons with DevTool API Digital.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or booking a lesson, clinic, coaching session, or walkthrough with DevTool API Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or reserve a seat.

Training services

We provide educational instruction in technical analysis — specifically volume and price action interpretation. Lessons do not constitute investment advice, brokerage services, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and account risk.

Intellectual property

Clinic materials, annotated PDFs, curriculum outlines, and website copy remain the property of DevTool API Digital. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or present them as your own curriculum without written permission.

Bookings and conduct

Seat reservations are confirmed only after we acknowledge your request and, where required, receive deposit or payment. Participants must not disrupt clinics, share live stream links publicly, or record sessions without prior consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), DevTool API Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or indirect damages arising from lesson content or website use. Our aggregate liability related to a booked lesson is limited to the tuition paid for that lesson.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules, rates, and descriptions current. Occasional errors may occur; confirmed booking correspondence prevails over outdated page text.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our training services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
